I had a wonderful experience with the wig team at Paul’s Wigs! Stylist Genta did an amazing job and colourist Ida was fantastic with the color, everything looked so natural and beautifully done. Roya at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable.

Paula’s WIG Boutique is fantastic! The staff is incredibly helpful, and the service was top-notch. They made my wig, which I purchased in 2019, look brand new, even after seven years! When I picked it up, I was so happy and couldn’t believe how great it looked. Highly recommend!
My experience at Paula’s was amazing from start to finish. I was very nervous about getting a wig and Roya, my consultant put me at ease immediately. She listened to my needs and together we found a wig I was very comfortable with. It wasn’t necessary what I thought I wanted but she was so patient as I took quite some time to decide. When I returned to pick up my wig and have it cut, my experience was equally as good with Ida. She encouraged me to go slow with cutting and that we can go back and cut more if desired. I think she did a wonderful job on the first go and I’m very much looking forward to wearing my new wig. I will be recommending Paula’s to anyone who is looking for a quality wig.

I have been going to Paula’s for many years. Their wigs last a very long time and they truly stand behind their product! Any time I have any issue, they fix it or modify the wig easily. Their customer service really sets them apart from other shops. I highly recommend them and the staff are lovely to work with!
